1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "wp999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the wp999 platform operator and its affiliates.
• "Platform" refers to the wp999 website at https://wp999.ws, its mobile applications, and all services made available through those channels.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wp999 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" means sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, and all other gaming and wagering services offered through the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary account currency of the wp999 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other bonus incentives credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wp999 Platform or creating an Account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with wp999 on the terms set out in this document. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you complete registration or, where no registration is required, from the moment you first access the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and wp999. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document on the Platform, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the wp999 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wp999 does not permit access or participation by persons under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual, in your own name, and for your own personal use only.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of wp999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. wp999 makes no warranty that the Services are legally accessible in any particular jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of Services on the wp999 Platform, you are required to register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the wp999 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. wp999 may at any time request documentation to verify the information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wp999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• Contact Details: You must maintain accurate and current contact details associated with your Account, including a valid email address and mobile phone number. wp999 will use these details to communicate important account notices, security alerts, and promotional information (where consented to).
• Know Your Customer (KYC): wp999 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any KYC documentation requested, including copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wp999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: wp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform. wp999 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: wp999 operates an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be processed, where possible, to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. wp999 may refuse withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) typically process within 30 to 60 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: wp999 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process.
• Transaction Fees: wp999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wp999 accepts no responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wp999 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. wp999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer where it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• wp999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not available where prohibited by applicable law.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Cash deposits made during an active bonus period may be subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus itself. Users should review current promotion terms carefully before making a deposit.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed through the wp999 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the applicable sport or game rules.
• wp999 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in contravention of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• In-play ( live) betting markets are subject to additional rules specific to each sport. Odds displayed during in-play betting may change rapidly; the odds at the time a bet is confirmed by the Platform are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Current maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant betting markets and in the Platform FAQ.
• wp999 makes every effort to ensure that all odds and game results are accurate. In the event of a technical error affecting odds, results, or payouts, wp999 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate affected wagers accordingly.
• Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live casino game results are determined by physical dealing and spinning on regulated live dealer tables operated by licensed providers.
• wp999 cricket betting markets follow standard cricket betting settlement rules applicable to the relevant competition format (Test, ODI, T20, PSL, etc.). Specific settlement rules for each market type are available in the sports betting help section of the Platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wp999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or any activity that constitutes sports corruption.
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party, acting as an agent for another player, or operating any form of betting syndicate through a single Account.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, deposit limit, or responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account or any other Account on the Platform.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or for which you are not the authorised account holder.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wp999 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of wp999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of wp999.

The wp999 name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of wp999. You must not use any such marks without the prior written permission of wp999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wp999 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, market information, or game results displayed on the Platform, provided that wp999 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss resulting from a failure of internet connectivity, device malfunction, or any other technical issue outside of wp999's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit wp999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

wp999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users of the Platform. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time through Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Once a loss limit is reached, no further wagers can be placed until the limit period resets or a new lower limit is applied.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure automatic session time limits that log them out of the Platform after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, during which their Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission.
• Reality Checks: At intervals configured by the User, the Platform will display a reminder showing total time spent in the current session and the net result of wagers placed.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

wp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or problem gambling referral from the Account holder or a third party.
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation that requires wp999 to restrict the Account.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. wp999 will endeavour to process closure-related withdrawals within ten (10) business days of Account closure confirmation.

A User may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting wp999 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any open wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules and the resulting balance credited or debited accordingly before the closure is finalised.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

wp999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the terms of the wp999 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and what rights you have in relation to your personal data. Where changes are material, wp999 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via a notification on the Platform, by email to the address registered on your Account, or by both means. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wp999 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and wp999, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. wp999 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under wp999's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from wp999 customer support upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's legitimate interests pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
