No. wp999 strictly allows one account per person, per household, and per device. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of the wp999 Terms and Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact wp999 support immediately to resolve the situation.

To permanently close your wp999 account, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Ensure any remaining PKR balance has been withdrawn before submitting the request. Please note that account closure is irreversible. If your reason for closing is problem gambling, we strongly recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead, which preserves your account and balance while blocking access.

wp999 offers a welcome bonus package to newly registered Pakistani players on their first deposit. The exact bonus structure — including the match percentage and maximum PKR bonus amount — is displayed on the Promotions page of your wp999 account at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Always read the full bonus terms before opting in to ensure the offer suits your playing style.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) specifies how many times you must bet your bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 30,000 in eligible bets before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. At wp999, wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are clearly listed in each promotion's terms and conditions.
